I am 15 Months Old!!!

Okay so first of all, my Mommy says sorry for the delay in updating my blog. She has been having camera issues and is hoping the camera fairy will bring her a new one soon! Anywhoo...I am now 15 months old!! Can you believe it?? I am getting so big and looking more and more like a little girl. I had my 15 month check-up and I am now 33 inches tall (that is a 2 inch growth since my 1 year check-up!) and that makes me in the 95th percentile for height!! Whew! And I weighed in at a whopping 22 pounds, putting me in the 50th percentile! Mommy takes me every 3 months for portraits, so here are my new ones! Enjoy!!

St. Francis

So Mommy thinks that I am so funny because lately every time I come upstairs from the basement, I have to first stop and say hi to my good friend, St. Francis of Assisi! This was a statue given to us by my great, great grandmother and I now enjoy giving him a hug and kisses whenever I see him. Mommy and Daddy think its pretty funny and call me Sister Mary Lily! haha.

PURSE!!!!

So Mommy thought it was that time...time, that is, for letting me carry around my first purse!!! She gave me one of her tiny bags that she was saving for me and I felt like such a big girl pretending to carry it around. Mommy thought I would carry it around all night (due to the purse gene I have probably inherited from her), but after a few minutes I was on to the next big thing! I have continued to carry it a little bit each day since then, though, which makes Mommy really proud! :)

Recent funny shots/Update

So I have become quite the funny girl lately. I am such an explorer and I am starting to say a bunch of different words...the grand total is around 25!!! Wonder where I get my love of talking from??? Unfortunately for Mommy and Daddy I have also learned the word "no" and like to say it to them often. Needless to say, they are trying to curb that!!! :) I will be 15 months old so soon! Whoa! I'm pretty much a big girl now. :)

I'm a Big Girl

So lately I have been enjoying my snack time at the big girl's table! I get quite pleased with myself that Mommy sometimes lets me sit in a big chair! I will even sit there for the whole time! Aren't I a hoot???!!!

Parks Rule!

So today I got to meet my friends from Mother Goose Storytime somewhere outside of the library! We met at Smith Lake Park and I had so much fun on the jungle gym and then I even got to run around to the baseball fields. I love to explore. :)

South Carolina Vacation 2008

I just got back from the most fun trip ever!!! As you can see from my picture above, I was quite the Baywatch girl and went to the ocean for the first time ever!!! Boy did I love it! Mommy, Daddy and I went to South Carolina for 9 whole days!! I was soooo excited because I got to see my Grammy and Grandpa Bunn for 4 nights, and then we drove up to Myrtle Beach for 4 nights. While we were at Grammy and Grandpa's house I also got to see my Great, Great Grandmother Hebbard who we call Granny, as well as Mr. Charles and Ms. Alice who are sooo very nice to me!! It was a wonderful trip and I was such a good girl. I took all my naps and still slept great through the night. I did get tired of the car rides though by the end, and since I am so nosy I don't like to fall asleep and miss anything!! Hope you enjoy all of the pics!

Much like Ralphie in "A Christmas Story" I was made to dress like a poodle by my Grammy Bunn. I was a good sport and it made her day to get such cute pics of me!


Mommy and Daddy went to Fort Moultrie which is a coastal defense fort dating back to the beginning of the USA located on Sullivan's Island, SC.
